Driving systemic change through advocacy is a cornerstone of my work. I collaborate with organizations to design and implement advocacy strategies that are not only effective but deeply rooted in social justice. Every aspect of operations should reflect an equity-centered approach, and I guide leaders in embedding these principles into staffing, program delivery, and more. 

With an eye towards long-term impact, I also offer strategies for building equitable relationships with funders, ensuring that funding aligns with and supports meaningful organizational goals.
